Iowa Climate Change Advisory Council

From November 2007 through December 2008 the ICCAC considered, evaluated, and compiled a multi-sector set of selected policy options for presentation to the Governor. Appointed by Governor Culver, the ICCAC comprises a diverse group of stakeholders bringing broad perspective and expertise to the topic of climate change in Iowa. Members [List of Members] represent the following sectors: energy, manufacturing, agriculture, forestry, tourism and recreation, health care, non-governmental organizations, academia, and state and local government. Wednesday, Nov. 26 – The draft report files were posted for review and comment by the ICCAC. 
Wednesday, Dec. 3
 – Deadline for ICCAC members to provide comments on Draft Report.
Monday, Dec. 8
 –  Revised Draft sections incorporating response to Comments in Draft Report were posted
Wednesday, Dec. 10  [from 8 to 10 a.m. Central Time]
 – ICCAC held a conference call (open to the public) for ICCAC Members to provide their final comments on the Revised Draft Report.
Wednesday, Dec. 23 – ICCAC posts Final Report for transmittal to Governor
